• One-Time Cleans: These will be quoted based on the number of rooms and size of your home.

  • Recurring Cleans: Discounts will be provided for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service ensuring consistent care of your space.

  • A La Carte Services: If you wish to include any additional services, these will be charged at $40/hour/person. Kindly discuss these requirements with us before your next scheduled clean to allow sufficient time for completion.

  • Deep Cleans: Pricing for deep cleans will be charged at $60/hour/person.

FAQs

What products & supplies do you use?

We bring our own products and supplies. We pride ourselves on using the most natural, non-toxic products possible that are safest to you, your family, pets and your home. If you have specific products on hand that you would like us to use, we will be happy to do so. Click here for a list of products we use.

How high off of the ground do you clean?

Whatever we can reach with a 2-step ladder is what we will clean. We do use an extension duster to reach ceiling fans and lights.

Do you move furniture?

We do not move heavy furniture such as stoves, refrigerators, washers/dryers, large couches/chairs/beds, tables or flip mattresses. We will move “light” furniture and clean all visible spaces to the best of our ability.

What if we have firearms in the house?

For everyone’s protection we ask that you store and lock all firearms prior to our arrival. We will NOT clean any rooms where firearms are visibly present.

Do you clean blinds?

While we do not service mini blinds, we will clean slatted blinds that are at least 2” wide. Please keep in mind that this service is not included in standard cleans and will require additional time, charged at an hourly rate of $40.

What do we do to keep ourselves safe?

For the safety of our employees, we will NOT clean any bodily fluids. If at anytime an employee feels that their personal safety is in danger, they are instructed to leave the premises.

Things To Know

Alarm Systems/Keys

If your home has a security system, please inform us of how you would like to handle access into your home. For our safety, we will lock the doors while we are inside your home if no one else is present. If you do not have an alarm system, please leave a door unlocked, place a spare key in a secured place or provide us with an access code for us to gain access to your home. In this case, you release RRHS of any liability that may arise from damages or theft to your home.

Locked Out / Turned Away Fee

If for whatever reason we cannot access your home or are turned away on the day of your scheduled clean, you will be charged the full price of your clean.

Insects

If there is any sign of insect infestations (i.e. ants, termites, fleas, bed bugs, cockroaches, etc.) we will not clean your home until the problem is rectified.

Payments

We accept cash, check, Venmo, Venmo Tap to Pay with a credit card and all major credit cards through our website invoicing.

Cancellation Fee

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations to avoid charges. Cancellations between 24-48 hours will be charged a $40 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full price of your scheduled clean.

Damages

We pride ourselves in the extra care we take while working in your home and around your valuable possessions. If an accident does occur, RRHS will take care of any damages that we are responsible for. Remediation will be scheduled as soon as possible.
